Coats epic is a polyester-wrapped thread with a polyester filament core, ideal where fineness, high seam strength and high temperature stability are required. Coats epic’s specially formulated lubricant delivers excellent sewing performance at low tension under the most demanding of conditions.

·COATS dual duty - polyester corespun with cotton wrap thread: Excellent strength and durability for garments

COATS dual duty is a top quality core-spun thread that combines a high tenacity polyester filament core with a natural cotton cover. The filament core offers excellent strength and durability, while the long staple cotton wrap ensures excellent sewing performance and protects the core from needle heat.

COATS dual duty is mainly used for fine cotton, denim shirts and suits, fine fabrics and premium lingerie, leather goods, towels and home furnishing as well as classic jeans and out-door wear.

· GRAL - filament polyester thread: Unique appearance and sewing performance.

GRAL is a superior sewing thread made from continuous filament polyester. It is characterised by a unique appearance and sewing performance. Its fineness-with-strength make it ideal for blind stitching, hemming, and puckering reduced in fine fabrics.

Our GRAL is mainly used for lingerie, suits, trousers, shirts, fashion clothes, sport-wears, uniforms, leather and canvas products.

· COATS astra – staple spun polyester thread: Meeting all sewing requirements

COATS astra is a lubricated super high tenacity 100% staple spun polyester thread. It is an exceptional thread with dependable sewing performance in high speed and critical sewing operation.
